Perception vs Perspective

Perception is our reality. We look at the world from our point of view.

That is our interpretation of the world. But everybody else does the same.

Everyone has an interpretation of the world. That is why we try to convince each other about wrongs and rights.

Perspective is observing the world from a different point of view than yours. Someone else’s point of view.

This is the way you can advance in your career and life. You need to see things from other people’s perspective.

People that do that tend to very well. Benjamin Franklin is one of them. You can read his story here.
